Feedback from first Crit - Top 10

Content/Subject - Comment on the thematic content and its appropriateness to the brief. Has it been thoroughly explored, critically analyzed and creatively interpreted?
-Are they entertaining things to do on snow days or snow games (sports)? - needs to be more clear
-Research and evidence snow games
-Audience and channel are appropriate choices
-If it was snowing, why would you be inside watching TV?

Content/Visual - Comment on the visual content and its appropriateness to the brief. Has it been thoroughly explored, critically analyzed and creatively interpreted?
-Title - investigate more
-Images used look like bubbles not snowflakes, so research imagery
-Is it type based or illustrations - nothing to show what style
-Typeface is playful and young, but not snow - could look 3D, deep effect.
-Colours- blue used is too dark like water, use lighter blues - investigate and try a range of colours

Additional comments and suggestions-
No storyboards so don't know what type of movement there will be
Looking at appropriate design context

Action Plan - I realised from this crit that I do have a lot to do and to get everything into perspective

-Research imagery - games/snowflakes
-Type Experimenting - 3D effects
-Colour schemes- pale blues?
-Draw out some initial storyboards and ideas
-Think about audio - sound effects
-Reconsider title - snow games makes it sound like sports
-Why are kids indoors watching TV if it is snowing?......
