This is the net I have chosen for my packaging. I like how the simplicity of the design. The DVD and stickers slot into the top side of the case. And then they can be used to decorate your own DVD case.
I first chose this as my final design, but once it was printed I didn't like it as much so I decided to make the front side more simple.
