Business Card/Customer Comments Slip

I had an idea to merge together the business card with the customer comment slip, as a card. However with a twist.

It will direct the customer to the Firefly website, for them to make comments about their dining experience. After registering their name and email with their comments, and the code off the card, they will recieve a complimentary voucher for 10% off their next visit, via email, which they can print off and bring with them. An incentive to get them to re-visit.

The business card and info about the offer, will be as if two business cards are joined together and will be able to stand. It will be perforated so that the business card can be kept once the code has been used. This will contain retsaurant including the address, contact details and website.

The code will be inside the card.
