Who go to restaurants and why?

EVERYONE HAS TO EAT... BUT NOT EVERYONE HAS TO GO OUT TO EAT

The people who go to restaurant's do so for entertainment, to socialise and to get away from the day to day grind. The success of the restaurant will be determined on how well it can offer these people this 'escape',

I did some restaurant research into the different styles and experience they offer. Click Here
This made me think about the whole feel and style of the restaurant, because I want it to offer a unique dining experience.

I began to think of names for the resturant and what style they portray.
Here are four I analysed called Rare (Steak and Chop House), The Grand (Restaurant), Swank (Cocktail Lounge and Bistro, Firefly (Lounge and Bistro):

My favourite from all of these is 'Firefly'. I Chose this name whilst thinking about the intimate environment, and the kind type of lighting that would be used, being mainly candelit. This made me think that all these lights would look like fireflies.
I can take inspiration from the natural/woodland environment, e.g. nature, flowers, waterfalls, rivers, to create a beautiful paradise that provides the customer that 'escape' from reality.
For the colour scheme I realte fireflies to rich, emarald greens and golds. And maybe even wood can be incorporated into the menu's to give the feel of nature.

Here is how I imagine the restaurant, and therfeore will create my product and range based upon this:
