I think the smaller booklet would work better as it is more pocket size and easy to carry around.

Programme Designs:
I experimented with scale and composition, and little details such as the page numbers, colour and using liens to break down the details.
In Blue text:
I prefer this last one, as it is the most clear of all the designs and most easily readable.
Using black for printing the inside pages will lower print costs.
